Terms of Service
Short version: the games are free puzzle games offered as-is, for personal entertainment. Play them, enjoy them, don't modify or resell them.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the mobile games published on Google Play by Can Erdoğan (the "Developer", "we", "us"), located in Istanbul, Türkiye (the "Games"). By downloading, installing, or playing a Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
2. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. What you may not do
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the Games or any part of them;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- modify the Games, or use cheats, automation, or modified clients to alter gameplay;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
- use the Games for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Play's terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Games, including their code, artwork, level design, audio, and branding, are owned by the Developer or licensed to the Developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
5. Price, ads, and purchases
The Games are currently offered free of charge. They contain no advertising and no in-app purchases. If a future version introduces purchases or advertising, that will be disclosed on the store listing and these Terms and our Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before such a version is released.
6. Privacy
The Games do not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is stored locally on your device.
7. Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any Game at any time, with or without notice. We are not obliged to provide updates, support, or continued availability of any Game. Updates may be required for a Game to keep working correctly on newer devices or operating systems.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, device damage, or lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Games. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Game, which for free Games is zero. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Third-party platform
The Games are distributed through Google Play, and your use is also subject to Google's terms. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Games or for providing support for them.
11. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Games. Sections 4, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Games after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
